User Agreement

Introduction

Document Translation Master is a product provided by Zhuhai Ganfan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). Before using our services, please carefully read this User Agreement to ensure you fully understand all terms herein.

By using or continuing to use our services, you agree to accept all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Service Description

1.1 The products and/or services we provide to you include, but are not limited to:

• Document Translation Master website and related services
• Document translation functions (supporting PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, EPUB, MOBI, SRT, VTT and other formats)
• Membership services (VIP privileges, translation quotas, etc.)
• Other products and services directly operated or provided by us

1.2 This Agreement applies to all our products and/or services, including but not limited to websites, services and related functions.

1.3 Any products and services obtained through unauthorized channels, methods, or means are illegal acquisitions, and we do not recognize their validity.

2. User Registration and Accounts

2.1 When registering an account, you must provide us with complete, authentic, valid, accurate, legal, and up-to-date personal information. If this information changes, you should update it promptly.

2.2 You undertake not to engage in the following activities when registering or using our account:

• Intentionally impersonating others or using others' email addresses, phone numbers, WeChat accounts, etc. to register accounts
• Account information obtained through other unofficial channels
• Stealing or misappropriating others' accounts, points, etc.
• Submitting illegal or inappropriate content in account names, avatars, or other registration information
• Maliciously registering accounts through any means or using accounts for illegal activities
• Other content that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others
• Transferring, lending, renting, selling, or sharing accounts with others for commercial purposes

2.3 We reserve the right to take measures such as temporary account suspension, permanent account suspension, or account cancellation for users who violate the above provisions, and any resulting losses shall be borne by the user.

3. User Data Protection

3.1 We only collect necessary information when you register and use related services, based on account security and service needs. We will not collect any user data beyond this scope.

3.2 We will protect the personal data, account information, original translation documents, and generated translation results collected from users, and will not disclose such data to the public or provide it to any third party, except in the following circumstances:

• You agree to share with third parties
• You agree to disclose personal data to enjoy products and services provided to you
• Disclosure is required according to laws and regulations, or as required by administrative agencies
• Users raise requests with administrative agencies, judicial authorities, or other legally prescribed third parties
• Third-party processing necessary for providing services (such as translation engine processing)

4. Usage Rules

4.1 When using our services, you shall comply with relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, etc.

4.2 Users are prohibited from using our products and services to engage in the following activities:

• Creating, uploading, copying, transmitting, or disseminating content that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution, endangers national security, discloses state secrets, or is otherwise prohibited by laws and regulations
• Harming minors in any way
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming or causing others to mistakenly believe association with any person or entity
• Falsifying titles or otherwise manipulating identification information to make it appear that content was transmitted by us
• Uploading, posting, sending emails, or otherwise transmitting content that you are not authorized to transmit
• Uploading, posting, etc. content that infringes upon any person's patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other exclusive rights
• Tracking or harassing others in other ways
• Transmitting software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs that interfere with, damage, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or communication equipment
• Interfering with or damaging our services or servers and networks connected to our services
• Intentionally or unintentionally violating any relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules, etc.

5. Paid Services

5.1 We provide different payment methods for different services, and you can purchase corresponding services according to your needs.

5.2 Before purchasing paid services, you should carefully read the payment rules for each service.

5.3 You understand and agree that we use a pre-payment model. Once payment is successful, it cannot be transferred or refunded (except as required by laws and regulations).

5.4 In cases where actual payment results differ from agreed payment results due to force majeure, network reasons, or other factors, we reserve the right to make corresponding adjustments.

5.5 Our service charging rules are published on the platform website. We reserve the right to modify charging items, rules, and methods according to product and/or service needs and publish them on the official website.

6. User Content Upload and Processing

6.1 You understand and agree that all content you upload should comply with laws and regulations and must not contain any illegal or inappropriate content.

6.2 You guarantee that you have legitimate rights and interests in the uploaded content and do not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests.

6.3 The services we provide are automatic translation services based on AI technology. Translation results are automatically generated by machines without manual organization or editing.

6.4 We will promptly delete user-uploaded content after translation is completed and will not store user document content for extended periods.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Protected by international copyright conventions, Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, Patent Law, and other intellectual property laws and regulations, all intellectual property rights to our products and/or services, including software, interfaces, interactions, elements, logos, trademarks, identification, and technology, belong to and are enjoyed by us.

7.2 Users may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software or technology used in our services, nor obtain source code through reverse engineering, decompilation, or other similar means.

7.3 Users may only use our products and/or services within the scope authorized by this Agreement and our explicit authorization.

7.4 Without our prior written permission, users may not transfer or sell the technology and product/service content used in our products and/or services for commercial purposes.

8. Service Changes and Interruption/Termination

8.1 We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently change or terminate our products and/or services based on company business development, with or without user notification.

8.2 We reserve the right to interrupt or terminate services to users in the following circumstances:

• Users proactively request it
• Users engage in, or we determine after independent judgment that users engage in, any activities that violate national laws, regulations, or regulatory policies, violate this Agreement, or damage our reputation or interests
• Required according to laws, regulations, regulatory policies, or as required by competent authorities
• Impact of force majeure
• Other circumstances beyond our control

8.3 After service termination, unused rights and interests under your account will be automatically cleared without cash conversion. Paid fees will not be refunded (except as required by laws and regulations or as otherwise specified by us).

9. Liability Limitation

9.1 You understand and agree that our products and/or services are provided according to current technical capabilities and achievable conditions. We do not make any express or implied commitments or guarantees.

9.2 You understand and agree that we do not make any form of guarantee regarding the accuracy, professionalism, or legality of translation results, nor do we assume any legal liability.

9.3 You understand and agree that if server or network failures affect normal platform operation, we commit to prompt handling and repair, but we are not responsible for resulting disputes and losses.

9.4 We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting in profit, business reputation, data loss, or other tangible or intangible losses based on the following reasons:

• Use or inability to use our products and/or services
• Any products, materials, or services purchased or obtained through our products and/or services
• Unauthorized use or modification of user data
• Other matters related to our products and/or services

10. Notices

10.1 All notices we give to users under this Agreement may be made through website announcements, SMS text messages, emails, or other means, and such notices shall be deemed delivered on the date of sending.

10.2 Users understand and agree that we may send all commercial information to users through the above means.

11.1 If users have any questions (including consultations, complaints, etc.) regarding this Agreement or related to using our products and/or services, we have provided multiple feedback channels:

11.2 We will reply to users as soon as possible after receiving feedback.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 The interpretation of this Agreement and dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of mainland China. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation between both parties; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court where we are located.

12.2 The time of updating this Agreement on the official website shall be deemed the effective time.

12.3 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid.
